We hope you love your purchases, but if you need to return something to us, please contact us first. Only after we approved, please send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping fee will be bears by customers
1. For parcel lost ie. no tracking status updated in courier website within 10 days after we post out, please contact us so we can make full claim report to courier service before we proceed with your refund. Normally, it will takes up to 3-4 weeks.
2. If the parcel has been shipped out, customer is responsible to follow the tracking number and receive the parcel as requested by delivery courier. If the parcel has been returned to us, please pay postage fee to repost the parcel. There will be no refund for return parcel & repost will be done after the fees is paid.
4. For fragile item, we made sure it is fully protected with secure packaging & marked as fragile. We are not responsible for any damage during delivery cause by delivery courier. You can make a delivery complaint and claims by sending email to the respective courier.
